Adhesive heat‑stable additive “AMDOR‑20TM”

The effective dosage of the “AMDOR-20TM” additive is 0.3%–0.4%* of the binder mass.

* - The amount of the product is selected based on the results of preliminary laboratory tests for a specific PBV or ABS composition.

• Provides high adhesive properties of bitumen binders to mineral materials. 20-25% more effective compared to analogues. 
• Has high resistance to temperatures of 160-220 °C and does not degrade under such conditions for up to 14 days. 
• It is characterized by low density (1,000 kg/m³) — it is easy to pump, easy to dose, and effectively mixed. 
• It improves the distribution of polymer in bitumen during the production of PBV. 
• It slows down the aging of the binder. 
• It allows reducing the polymer consumption. 

The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years.

Supplied in plastic barrels and containers. It is recommended to store the additive, which is packaged, in closed storage facilities at an ambient temperature ranging from -35 °C to +50 °C.
