The “AMDOR-EM” emulsifier is used to prepare cationic bitumen emulsions of any class (EBC‑1, EBC‑2, EBC‑3, and EBDK‑B, EBDK‑C, EBDK‑M).
The emulsifier “AMDOR-EM-1” is used for cationic bitumen emulsions of classes EBK‑1, EBK‑2, and EBDK‑B, EBDK‑C.
The emulsifiers “AMDOR-EM-3” and “AMDOR-EM-3T” are used to prepare cationic bitumen emulsions of the EBK-3 and EBDK M classes.
Depending on the emulsifier concentration, emulsions of various classes can be obtained — homogeneous in composition, finely dispersed, and stable over time.
The emulsifiers AMDOR‑EM, AMDOR‑EM‑1, AMDOR‑EM‑3, and AMDOR‑EM‑3T are classified as hazard class 3 (moderately hazardous substances) according to GOST 12.1.007 in terms of their effect on the human body.
Emulsifiers “Amdor-EM”, “Amdor-EM-3” and “Amdor-EM-3T” are flammable liquids with low volatility. The flash point in a closed cup for “Amdor-EM” is more than 160 °C; for “Amdor-EM-3” — more than 150 °C; for “Amdor-EM-3T” — more than 115 °C — according to GOST 6356. The emulsifier “Amdor-EM-1” is a flammable liquid; flash point: more than 23 °C, but not more than 61 °C.
