The “AMDOR-PL” additive (grades A and B) is used as a plasticizer for the production of polymer‑bitumen binders in accordance with GOST R 52056 in road construction.
The product is a composition based on heavy oil fractions, residual petroleum products, and anionic surfactants.
The product has the appearance of a homogeneous, mobile liquid of dark brown color.
The “AMDOR-PL” plasticizer is designed to improve the solubility and uniform distribution of the polymer during the production of polymer‑bitumen binder.
The effective dosage of the plasticizer “AMDOR‑PL” is 3–7 %* of the binder mass.
* The amount of the product is selected based on the results of preliminary laboratory tests for a specific PBV composition.
The “AMDOR-PL” plasticizer ensures:
1. Complete and uniform distribution of the polymer in the binder;
2. Shortening of the production cycle due to faster polymer dissolution;
3. Improvement of the quality characteristics of ABS
The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years.
It is supplied in marked packaging: metal barrels with a volume of 216.5 L and/or polymer containers with a volume of 1,000 L.
