Cationic latex for bitumen emulsions “AMDOR‑LK‑64”

The introduction of “AMDOR-LK-64” is carried out as follows:

• By feeding it directly into the colloidal mill via a separate line during the production of bitumen emulsions;
• As part of the aqueous phase during the production of bitumen emulsions using batch‑type units, provided that there is no latex feed line;
• By mixing in a container with the finished emulsion, provided effective mixing.

"AMDOR-LK-64" belongs to the 4th hazard class (low-hazard substances) according to GOST 12.1.007.

The dosage of latex "AMDOR-LK-64" varies from 2.0 to 5.0% of the weight of the emulsion. The exact latex content and technological parameters of the modified emulsion preparation are determined in the laboratory by selecting the modified emulsion based on the test results and must meet the requirements of GOST R 52128.

The “AMDOR‑LK‑64” latex is supplied in 216‑litre metal drums and 1‑m³ polymer containers from warehouses in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Tagil, and Tolyatti.

The “AMDOR‑LK‑64” latex must be stored tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well‑ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding +40 °C. It must be protected from frost and prevented from freezing.

The guaranteed shelf life of “AMDOR-LK-64” is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
